Peugeot 4007 DCS Automatic

Peugeot will premiere at the Frankfurt Motor Show an updated 4007 with a six-speed dual clutch automatic transmission. New Dual Clutch System (DCS) brings more driving pleasure and a choice between full automatic mode or semi-automatic by using the gear selection paddles located behind the steering wheel. The DCS is controlled by the ECU, which provides smooth driving.


The 2.2 liter HDi engine is latest generation common-rail diesel with 156bhp and 380Nm of torque. The performance is not exceptional, but it is good enough for vehicle of this size. It is capable of doing 38.7 MPG and only 192g/km of CO2 harmful emissions.

The Peugeot 4007 DCS price starts at £23,345 and with the SE trim level at £24,545.

New Audi A8 2011 Launched

This Audi A8 is made its public debut at Design Exhibition in Miami. Audi has begun to take the all-new luxury saloon orders for first deliveries in Spring of 2010 with on-the-road prices from £54,760 to £66,240.


This car types has available in three engine options - the 3.0-litre V6 TDI with 42.8 mpg, 250PS and 550Nm of torque (up from 233PS and 450Nm) , the 4.2-litre V8 TDI with 37.2 mpg, 350PS and 800Nm (up from 326PS and 650Nm) and the 4.2-litre V8 FSI with 29.7 mpg, 372PS and 445Nm (up from 350PS and 440Nm).

Mitsubishi Lancer Sportback Launched

Mitsubishi manufactured is come back for launch the new car for Mitsubishi Lancer variants. This car making it’s buzz around the world. It looks Mitsubishi is hardly interested about the prospects of Lancer in India. Now Mitsubishi launches the Sportback model of Lancer in US. Two variants of Sportback Lancer is available in US, one base model and second the Lancer Sportback Rallyart.


The Sportback Lancer is powered by a 2.4ltr four cylinder engine with peak power of 168hp.There are two drive options available one five speed manual gearbox and second with continuously variable gearbox with paddle shifter attached to the steering wheel. Mitsubishi Lancer Sportback Rallyart variant comes with a 2.0ltr, four cylinder high performance engine, this engine’s rated is 237hp at peak. The gear box is six speed with dual clutch configuration. The Rallyart Lancer Sportback is all wheel drive with an active centre differential.

The basic variant of Lancer Sportback comes with $19,190 price tag, the continuously variable gearbox with paddle shifters model requires another one thousand dollars, and if you are a fan of Mitsubishi Lancer Sportback Rallyart then you have to shell out $27,590.Let us wait and see how the Sportback going to help Lancer in US.

Mazda CX 9 Debuting at 2009

The Mazda has booth expect to see a new 2010 Mazdaspeed3, the updated 2010 CX-7 and a just announced 2010 CX-9.


While there isn’t much information on the new CX-9, Mazda does say it received an exterior/interior refresh and some new options and safety features. Judging from the single quarter-profile shot provided above, the CX-9’s exterior refresh amounts to some minor cosmetic surgery to the front lower lip. The result is probably the least successful transference of Mazda’s controversial “smile” design language to an existing model. Both the CX-7 and new MX-5 Miata look more natural sporting the new design element.

Mazda said the “zoom-zoom” driving characters were also improved on the CX-9, which probably means they dialed in the tuning a bit. As for interior enhancements, the CX-7 received higher quality materials and a new gauge cluster. Maybe something similar is in store for the CX-9, which already is quite luxurious inside. It won Cars. com’s Family Car of the Year in 2008, and its upscale interior was one reason it garnered the award. We’ll have more information on the changes when we travel to the New York auto show next month.

KTM 350 SX-F

KTM has officially announced the arrival of its new 2010 KTM 350 SX-F, a ground-breaking motocross dirt bike which will blend the performance boundaries between the established 250 and 450 divisions.


This is the bike that Mike Alessi was rumored to be racing and developing in Europe during the Supercross season and then bringing to the States for competition in the outdoor Motocross series. As the rules stand, this machine would be legal to ride in the 450 class. KTM calls it a “very mature prototype,” but the Austrian manufacturer has not yet set a date for production of this new motorcycle. Rest assured, once it starts cranking out the serial numbers, these babies will be flying off showroom floors as quickly as they arrive. Times are hard for OEMs, but this news has to up the ante for the rest of the big Japanese companies. White Power components are the norm, but out back is a set of linkage which is a major deviation from the norm that KTM has struggled so hard to prove over the years.

New Peugeot 407

This car is launched in 2009. Peugeot 407 now comes with new 1.6 litre HDi 110, lower CO2, impressive economy and extra standard equipments featuring Michelin Energy Saver tires for lower rolling resistance.


A key factor that ensures efficient optimization is the major engine recalibration carried out on the 1.6-litre HDi FAP unit to obtain a significant reduction of emissions. Achieving 129g/km of CO2 has been obtained without any change to gear ratios, so performance levels and acceleration remain unaffected.

Peugeot RCZ Teaser Video

This car is the French manufacturer and it has released a new Peugeot RCZ teaser video anticipating its premiere at the Frankfurt Motor Show next month. Peugeot RCZ is expected to hit the streets sometime next spring.


The car is a 2+2 compact coupe and features some unique detailing like the shape of pillarless doors or the double bubble roof. But still you can notice it’s a Peugeot as it maintains Pug’s Feline character. Currently there are two engines planned, the 1.6-litre turbo petrol and the 2.0-litre HDi diesel (Euro V). As for transmissions, Peugeot plans to have a six-speed manual and auto available at launch.
